Civic Continuum Curriculum Proof

Purpose

This is the first practical proof: make one documented curriculum teachable, auditable, and useful.

Verified subject

The curriculum is for the Socio-Technical Systems Accountability Engineer. It teaches learners to:

• distinguish intent from outcome;
• identify moral disengagement and role diffusion;
• analyze enforcement pipelines as structural violence;
• translate lived experience into evidence;
• map roles, incentives, artifacts, and feedback loops;
• design accountability architectures;
• use freeze and pause controls when verification fails.

First deliverable

Produce one short supervised module containing learning objectives, a real artifact exercise, a system map, a safety and ethics boundary, an assessment rubric, and facilitator notes.

Gate

Do not call it certification. Pilot it with a small group, collect feedback, revise it, and publish what changed.
