- the affected people;
- the safety and privacy check;
- the human review point;
- the correction or rollback path;
- the final decision and rationale.
Required controls
- no hidden authority expansion;
- no permanent reputation scoring;
- data minimization and expiration;
- pause or freeze when verification fails;
- human review for consequential action;
- public correction records that do not expose private information.
