Sequence defects
- The archive uses overlapping numbering across separate series.
- No clearly labeled engineering Volume IV was supplied.
- Volume XVI was not supplied.
- Volume XVII explicitly depends on the missing Volume XVI.
- Volumes IX and XI substantially overlap in subject and naming.
- Two Consent Token manuscripts appear in different volume positions and must be reconciled as versions, not separate discoveries.
Scientific record defects
- Several claimed experiments provide no protocol, dataset, code, consent record, instrument record, or raw output.
- Several citations are incomplete or currently unverified.
- Some fictional or uncertain references appear beside real scholarly references without labeling.
- Equations often define desired governance scores but are described as though they were physical laws.
- The audit-storage example understates raw storage:
10^11 events at 96 bytes each equal 9.6 TB decimal before indexes, signatures, replication, and backups, not 1.2 TB.
- Claims of sub-microsecond continental coordination conflict with ordinary signal-propagation limits unless explicitly defined as local processing latency.
- Quantum entanglement must not be described as allowing faster-than-light information transfer.
Preservation decision
The originals are retained as an invention diary. Corrections occur only in versioned derivative documents. Unsupported result statements are never erased; they are reclassified as unverified source claims so the history remains visible.
