What this channel is for

Use the official contact address to report:

• a factual error or broken public link;
• an unsupported or overstated claim;
• a privacy, attribution, authorship, or intellectual-property concern;
• a security concern that can be described without exposing exploit details publicly;
• an accessibility problem; or
• a request to identify the accountable person for a Civic Continuum decision.

What to include

Please identify the page, file, statement, or release; describe the concern; provide supporting evidence where available; and state the correction or response requested. Do not email passwords, recovery codes, government identifiers, banking information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Intake and review

1. The report enters the organizational record through the official contact address.
2. The accountable owner or an expressly delegated reviewer evaluates scope, evidence, privacy, safety, and urgency.
3. The target is to acknowledge an actionable report within five business days.
4. The target is to correct it, explain the decision, or provide a status update within thirty calendar days. Complex legal, safety, or technical reviews may take longer.
5. Material public corrections should identify what changed and preserve enough history to understand the earlier record.

These are service targets, not contractual guarantees.

Correction outcomes

A report may result in a direct correction, clarification, limitation notice, retraction, broken-link repair, attribution change, privacy removal, security triage, or a documented decision that the existing record is supported by the available evidence.

Escalation

Unresolved material concerns are escalated to Mya P. Brown as the accountable human authority. When appropriate, Civic Continuum may seek independent technical, legal, safety, ethics, or rights review. Outside review does not transfer organizational authority.

Public log and privacy

Material corrections may be recorded in repository history or a public evidence log. Private contact details, government identifiers, credentials, confidential submissions, security-sensitive details, and protected third-party information are not published merely because a report was received.

This address is not an emergency service and is not intended for immediate threats to life, active crimes, or urgent medical situations. Contact the appropriate local emergency service for those matters.
