Each gate has six equally visible checks. A check scores only when a reviewer can inspect documentary evidence. “In progress” earns no completion credit. The total is therefore reproducible rather than subjective.

Interest, a reply, a store account, a manuscript, or a working software test does not by itself close any of these three gates. A gate closes only when its specific evidence is inspectable. If evidence changes or is contradicted, the score moves backward and the reason is recorded.
Filing drafts, tax identifiers, registrar credentials, recovery codes, private patent strategy, unpublished drawings, supplier terms, and security-sensitive implementation details are not public evidence. A qualified reviewer may inspect appropriate documents through a controlled process.
